"Leading From Inside" is a multimedia presentation that uses images and discussion to explore the area of emotions in the workplace. There are four sessions:

You Don’t Have to be Crazy to Work Here—No, Wait…Yes, You Do!” An introduction to Bowen Theory.

If Laughter is the Best Medicine, What’s the Disease?” Anxiety and emotional process are discussed from the perspective of a self-differentiated leader.

With Enemies Like These, Who Needs Employees?” This session covers managing resistance to change (attack, sabotage and seduction) using Family Systems principles.

I’ve Been Working On Derail-road.” This session presents tasks for well-differentiated leaders and those who hope to be, including self-care for supervisors and Family Systems networking.

Each session takes about 90 minutes, including discussion time.

Events can be scheduled to accomodate your company's needs. While most groups are able to set aside an entire day for at least ten managers or supervisors, sometimes it works better to schedule four evening sessions during a week, or even one session per week for four weeks. We would be happy to discuss other options with you as well.

Usually, though, the schedule looks like this:

8:30 a.m. First Session
9:30 a.m. Discussion
10:00 a.m. Break

10:15 a.m. Second Session
11:15 a.m. Discussion
11:45 a.m. Break for Lunch

1:00 p.m. Third Session
2:00 p.m. Discussion
2:30 p.m. Break

2:45 p.m. Fourth Session
3:45 p.m. Discussion
4:15 p.m. End
